I have owned rental properties since 2008, and have worked with various HVAC companies over the years. TC A/C Systems was candid about the approach, made recommendations I felt were in my best interest, and did quality work. I called on a Saturday not sure if I would get a response and received a phone call from Larry the next day to book a service call. Larry sent Sebastian out on Monday to assess the issue and found our evaporator coil had a big leak. We were still under warranty, but the part had to be ordered and delivered. We were scheduled for an installer to come out on Friday morning. Due to events beyond anyone's control, the original installer did not make it for the scheduled appointment. I will remark here that Larry was always on top of communication throughout the week. If we called and left a message, he responded as soon as he could, usually within an hour. During this timeframe, he was coordinating with another company to do the install instead of leaving us hanging for several more days. Although it was after their regular hours, the other company arrived that same Friday evening to do the install. My husband and I appreciate Larry coming through and finding a way to get our A/C fixed. My only issue was the price of the repair. The quote seemed higher than average for our area. However, I am satisfied with their service and did not want to price shop for long while our home was sitting at 83 degrees for 5 days. Overall, I would recommend Total Comfort for your HVAC needs.Posted on GoogleAndre Gros1 September 2026We recently had a problem with our AC struggling to cool our home in 100+ degree weather. We contacted Larry and his team and they were at our home the same day to take a look at our system. After a thorough inspection, they found a refrigerant leak and advised us that the compressor was on its last leg. We looked into repairing it but the cost didn’t make sense compared to a new system. Both the repair quote and the new system quote were very fair, and we ended up going with an all new Trane. Within a few days, we had it installed and all the cold air we could handle. From Larry to the install team, our experience couldn’t have been better! His willingness to patiently entertain my questions was a primary reason I chose them for the job. Sebastian came out to assess the scope of work to enable an accurate quote; he was knowledgeable, professional, and courteous. The technician, Gill, and his crew, Daniel and Guillermo, arrived on time, introduced themselves, and got straight to work. They were professional, courteous, and worked like a well-oiled machine. I have never encountered an A/C technician as impressive as Gill. His vast knowledge of HVAC was obvious, he answered my many questions with convincing confidence, and he actively encouraged me to ask questions. I will certainly be contacting Total Comfort A/C when my 10-year-old upstairs system needs replacement. As expected, they did a great job again.Posted on GoogleRichard Moehring25 March 2026I had Larry and and his crew totally replace our 2 each air conditioning and furnace units about six months ago and provided a great review at the time for their professionalism, pricing and workmanship. Since it was about time to change the media filters installed, I went into my attic and opened what I thought was the area where the filters should be and became alarmed when I didnt see the filters. Thinking we had been running our HVAC for 6 months without filters, I immediately Called Larry and he sent his guys out the next day with new filters. Embarrassingly I had looked in the wrong areas and the workers explained the filters were indeed in place and went ahead replaced them with new ones. Larry graciously did this at no charge. I cannot overstate their integrity and emphasis they place on customer satisfaction.
